Personalized Approach

Bill Jackson has been a North Carolina licensed General Contractor since 2002. His expertise is in interior remodeling, which includes kitchens, baths, game rooms, whole house and room remodeling. Between 2014 and 2018, Bill bought, remodeled and sold 14 single family homes in the Charlotte marketplace, but his real passion is helping homeowners with their in-home projects. His favorite phrase is, “We live to serve.”

Bill and his wife, Sally are Charlotte natives. They married in 1982 and have resided in this area since that time. They have 2 grown children – Sarah and Carr. Sarah is married and living in Huntersville with her husband and daughter. Their son Carr is married and living in Winston Salem with his wife and child.

Bill and Sally attend Covenant Presbyterian Church in Dilworth and are actively engaged with the programs there and Covenant’s Outreach Missions. Volunteer work and mission work are very important to the Jacksons.

Jackson Development & Remodeling has continuously been licensed as a North Carolina General Contractor since 2002. We have no blemishes on our record with the State Licensing Agency for General Contractors here in North Carolina. We are licensed and have a standing bond with the County agencies to perform business and file appropriate permits in your area. We have been continuously insured with a long-standing property/casualty insurance carrier for many years, and we are more than happy to present a confirmation of coverage or declarations page upon your request.
